### 4/5 — Simple

Pretty good. Works right and all, but it’s just really simple. Not much to it and kind of boring.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Misleading

*2026-01-19, version 1.6.0*

I was using this app consistently and it seemed like exactly the kind of simple mood tracking tool I was looking for until over a week later it suddenly locks and greyscales all my tracked history!

Apparently you need to pay for a premium version just to be able to see any mood you tracked over a week ago… totally defeats the point of a mood tracker you are better off using old fashioned grid paper and some coloured pencils to be honest

### 1/5 — Pay to play

*2025-11-08, version 1.5.0*

I actually was really enjoying the app until I found out it only tracks for a week and then greys out your past tracking unless you pay for premium. Makes the app basically worthless as a mood tracker unless you pay.

### 1/5 — Need to pay

*2025-01-09, version 1.5.0*

This isn’t free at all - have to pay to see previous moods

### 1/5 — Have to pay for everything

*2024-11-27, version 1.5.0*

Shows you a yearly table of your moods but you can only see the moods for a week and then it greys the table out and you have to pay monthly to be able to see your moods again

### 1/5 — Only shows your data recorded for the week!

*2023-11-21*

Then it makes you pay. What a waste.

### 2/5 — Pas dingue

*2024-02-02*

Si on ne garde que la version gratuite on ne peut voir l'humeur que des 7-8 derniers jours donc inutile puisque l'intérêt d'un mood tracker est de voir son humeur évoluer au fil de l'année

### 3/5 — Feature Request

*2024-10-17*

on the analytics page, you should add a daily view, to see graphically how your mood changed over the day. right now it only shows week, month, and year

### 4/5 — Needs reminders

*2026-06-20*

Nice app that’s not cluttered and complicated, but really needs reminders to record mood. People forget!

### 4/5 — Simple and easy to use

*2026-01-12*

I really like how fast and easy it is to add entries into the app.

My one wish is that there was a way to select a mood between “Normal” and “Bad”. Something like “meh.” It might also be nice to have the ability to customize the colors of the moods.

Still, the app works great! Thanks!

### 4/5 — Great app, weird colours

*2025-09-24, version 1.5.0*

This app is great and just what I was looking for to simply track mood each day.
I would like to be able to customise the colours for each mood, for me purple feels like a good colour and red a bad colour. It makes the year chart weird for me to look at. Will change to 5* if we get customisable colours!

### 5/5 — Love the simplicity

*2026-02-06, version 1.6.0*

Nice mood tracker app, I’ve used a few. I like the minimalist design as other apps have 50 different options that I never use. Also I like how the page to write your entry pops up as the first thing you see on the screen when you open it. Saves me an extra step of clicking the option.

### 5/5 — Great simple app

*2025-05-19*

First off, I was looking for a mood tracker app that wasn’t super complicated or complex in both features and fee structure. I appreciate the transparency of the in-app purchase and it was upfront with what I would be missing if I didn’t buy the historical information. The only thing this app is missing is optional reminder notifications to remind me to input my moods because I can forget! Also being able to be more granular with my moods. Sometimes I’m feeling normal or good or bad, but also I can feel content or anxious, or nervous which could be wrapped into the umbrella of those five moods. Would love to see an update or two! Otherwise great app

### 5/5 — Suggestion for creator

*2024-09-21, version 1.5.0*

I really love this app and my therapist loves that i use it too! My therapist and i were talking and we thought that the colours used for each mood could probably be changed. Currently the colour red is used for awesome but usually red is associated as a negative colour. I just feel that the colours for each mood could be reconsidered. But other than that i love the app and i purchased the premium version today.

### 5/5 — Simple and not overwhelming

*2024-09-17*

Hey I just wanted to say thanks for keeping this app updated. I like the simplicity. It keeps me coming back every day. I don’t feel overwhelmed by the process of logging my mood or like I’m obligated to do more. It’s perfect for me. <3

### 5/5 — def recommend

*2024-08-09*

super easy to use doesn't take to much time. very helpful and just over a good app to track your mood over time/years.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-07-18, version 1.4.0*

Easy to use and a fabulous way to track the cycles of our life. Thanks 🙏

### 5/5 — Great

*2023-08-17*

This app is great. Low friction of use therefore it’s easy to get into. You open the app, choose how you feel, write a blurb as to why, and move on.

Most mood tracking apps are too overly involved with what they do. This is not and that makes it easier to be consistent with tracking your moods. At least for myself. If you find yourself overwhelmed with mood tracking applications then give this one a go.
