## What is Moodly?

Moodly is a voice journal that understands how you feel.

Tap the mic and talk. Moodly transcribes what you say and, on iPhones with Apple Intelligence, reads the mood behind it: sentiment, energy, stress and the topics on your mind. Every entry ends with a short, warm reflection and a question to sit with.

Nothing leaves your phone. There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Speech recognition and AI analysis run on your device, and your entries are stored only on your device.

TODAY
See how the day is going at a glance: your dominant mood, an overall sentiment score and every entry you've captured so far.

RECORD
Speak freely, or type if you'd rather. Moodly captures your words and analyzes them in seconds. Each entry shows mood, sentiment, energy, stress and topics, plus an AI reflection and a gentle prompt for next time.

INSIGHTS
Your last seven days in one view: a daily mood chart, mood distribution, the topics that keep coming up and a private weekly summary written by Apple Intelligence.

JOURNAL
Every moment you've captured, grouped by day. Expand an entry to reread the transcript and reflection, or delete it with a tap.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Works completely offline. Moodly makes no network requests.
- No account, no analytics, no third-party AI services.
- Delete an entry, or the app, and it's gone.

APPLE INTELLIGENCE
Mood analysis, reflections and weekly summaries use Apple's on-device Foundation Models and require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence with it enabled in Settings. On other devices, voice recording and transcription still work and entries are saved without AI analysis.

Moodly is a journaling tool, not a medical or mental-health service. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust.
