Why the hell isnt there a level monitor. 

One vague alert, “You’re Moodo is low” entirely insufficient. 

The UI feels dated. 

Seems to be a bare minimum approach to app dev. 

Unit is decent.  But missing features you would think would be a no-brainer....

Love the concept and bought several units but this app keeps logging me out and I have to log back in. Not exactly something I want to do to access the devices all the time. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.

Setup had its challenges but I got through that. I placed it in my living room, not that big of a room but high ceilings. Could hardly smell anything. So, I moved it to my bedroom. Ok, better but contrary to their video ads, even on interval and random, after 15 minutes I can’t really smell it anymore. I use it now while I meditate because I like the aroma. Pretty expensive for a meditation tool. If I had it to do over, I wouldn’t.

1. Problem bei der Einrichtung darf der Name des eigenen W-Lan (2,4GHz) nur 22 Zeichen haben. Toll meins hat mehr, also muss ich das umbenennen und dann ca. 15 Geräte aufwändig neu Verbinden die jetzt kein Internet mehr haben wegen dem anderen W-Lan Namen. Danke dafür!

2. Alexa geht nicht, der Link zum Moodo Skill in aus der Moodo App funktioniert nicht und in der Alexa App wird kein Moodo Skill gefunden. Hatte das Gerät eigentlich wegen der Alexa Steuerung gekauft.

3. Die Intervallschaltung für das Gerät hat viel zu wenig Optionen. Das kürzeste ist 5 Minuten an, 10 Pause, 5 Minuten an etc.
Das ist mir viel zu viel. Mir würde es reiches das Gerät einmal die Stunde für 5-10 Minuten laufen zu lassen oder alle 2 Stunden 10 Minuten. Bei den Timer kann man zwar Tage einstellen und Stunden aber nur wie lange das Gerät am Tag läuft. Man kann nicht z.B. sagen 08:00-09:00, 13:00-14:00, 18:00-19:00.

4. Hat zwar nix mit der App zutun, aber in nedriger Stufe piepst der Lüfter des Gerätes bzw. klingt unangenehm.

Hatte i-wie etwas mehr erwartet.

Great device love it and app very good and easy to use but it sometimes does not connect and the only way to reset it is to delete and re-install from App Store which is a nuisance and a shame

Their customer service is terrible! I spent $20.00 to return the diffuser,signature required, because they would not answer my emails and I did not trust them. I still couldn’t get a reply(after 5 emails) I wrote a final email threatening them that I would write reviews warning people of my terrible experience with their company and I would also turn them in to BBB. Alas, they finally gave me my refund for the diffuser but they never refunded my refund for the fragrance pods. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but you have to tap a star to rate them. So think twice before you order from Moodo!

The app is terrible! Sometimes it can't figure out what scent is in there and sometimes(quite frequently) it says it can't find the wifi and/or the Moodo machine, but then without changing anything will find it later in the day. Would delete the app if I didn't need it for the Moodo machine.

Don’t believe recent posts.  I am on my second unit and still won’t connect to WiFi with OS system.  I have tried connecting with my iPhone X, my wife’s iPhone 8 and my iPad.  The first unit wouldn’t even get to the point of connecting to “local” WiFi.  My second unit, that was shipped and received January 27, 2018, would make it one step further by getting to the local WiFi connection screen but couldn’t make the connection.  As stated; a very expensive Glade unit!

I’m not super tech savvy, but I’m glad I got a Moodo! The scents are great and the set up was easy. Cool device that gets all my friends talking!

wer in Erwägung zieht das Produkt zu kaufen muss folgendes wissen: einen Support gibt es nicht. Ich habe mehrfach versucht diesen zu kontaktieren nie eine Antwort bekommen. Einfach unverschämt. Zweitens: dazu gehört auch, das wenn das Gerät defekt ist, man seine Gewährleistungsansprüche nicht in Anspruch nehmen kann. Ich würde das Produkt nie mehr kaufen.

Über Usebility kann man sich streiten. Aber nicht über technische Stabilität. 
WLAN Abbrüche, Gerät muss neu gestartet werden. Dann reagiert es nicht obwohl die App sagt es wäre bedienbar.  Beenden dann starten. Manchmal gehts. Meistens nicht. Also wieder Gerät aus an. 
Das nervt. 
Verbesserung:
- Akku Anzeige
- tippen auf Kapsel zum einstellen der Intensität 
- Signalstärke wlan anzeigen
- Intervall Modus flexibler
- Alexa Unterstützung die funktioniert 

Die Idee des Gerätes ist wirklich gut. Aber die Umsetzung ausbaufähig

I was so excited about this Moodo and I waited so long to get it just to be disappointed. 1st the app is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It crashes every time and doesn’t read the scents or save them like it’s supposed to. I kept hoping they would update it but it has yet to happen. There also is not a turn off timer... so you can set a timer for it to turn on every day but not turn off, so what’s the point of a timer to turn it on if it’s already on?? 

2nd the scents do not last near as long as advertised. Mine lasted two weeks tops on half power (supposed to last 90 days on half power). They also are not very strong, even if you do use it on full power, you can’t smell it unless you’re no more than 2ft away.

For something so expensive, unfortunately as of now it is not worth it!

The app is buggy and doesn’t connect. Customer service does not follow their policies and can’t write emails correctly and don’t know correct grammar. Product doesn’t connect to the internet and app properly. Scents are overpowering and fake.

Super Gerät. Wäre cool, wenn man mit einer Wischbewegung oder Gestensteuerung zwischen den Räumen wechseln könnte. Vielleicht könnt Ihr das noch realisieren.

I received this as a gift for my birthday. I set up the schedule to turn on 2 minutes before my alarm so I can wake up with a great scent to start my day. Best thing! I probably could do more with it, but that’s the best feature for me right now. No major issues. Scents are great. I mix them up.

I’ve only been using MOODO for about a week but so far I love everything about it. It’s an attractive product that blends well into the room. The scents are wonderful and adjustable. Great for households with pets! I’m so tired of Glade plug-ins and similar products which don’t work nearly as well. I’ve had no problems with set-up or using the Moodo app. I’m also able to use Moodo with Alexa and I wrote an IFTTT script that turns the unit on before I get home from work and off late at night. Looking forward to future fragrance packs. 👍🏼

I had some issues initially connecting this unit, even with a list of several options on their website. If you’re also having issues, please contact Moodo tech support! They got me to a webpage that got things set up in literally minutes. Thanks to Vladi in tech support for his patience and persistence! I am thoroughly pleased with the way this app operates. It offers preset fragrance choices, as per the website, but also allows for the creation of custom scents. The app ( and device) works flawlessly!   Well done!

I’ve been extremely happy with my Moodo from the beginning. I love the option of connecting through my phone and Alexa, and the scents are very pleasant! Whenever I have company over, they always comment on how great it smells and love seeing how I’m able to adjust and play around with levels within the app.

I recently bought this device and was concerned with the set up process after reading previous reviews of people having problems with it. They must have fixed the issue because I had 0 problems setting it up and connecting my phone to the device! I was able to set it up and start using it in less than 10 minutes and my house smells better than ever! I can’t wait to try out more of the scent families.
