### 3/5 — Great app, not feature rich

*2019-03-13, version 1.2.3*

Can’t delete moods (clicked on accident)

### 3/5 — Mostly Awesome

*2018-12-30, version 1.2.3*

+
Simple interface
Quick to log moods
Exporting option
Customizable moods (can add some)
Can set reminders to track more accurately/consistently

-
Cant remove any existing suggested moods
Too easy to accidentally log a mood
User journey is a bit clunky: Thought patterns and ‘next steps’ are hard to get to

### 4/5 — Great!!!

*2018-11-03, version 1.2.3*

A big thing for me with any app is the layout and design-- in which this case was executed perfectly. Easy, simple, flawless, pretty!!!!! Love the colors.

What sets this app apart from other mental health apps is that it starts you off with three different ranks of mood... good, okay, and bad.... then gives you the option to go into further detail.. either by specifically selecting the moods you're feeling (which is totally customizable) or noting something down, like a little diary. Seems simple enough, but you're able to go into as much (or little) detail as you'd like.

I especially love how when you're feeling bad, it gives you the chance to think about why you're feeling a certain way, and to categorize your negative feelings... as well as offer you some tips to improve your mood or shift your focus.

I think it would be nice to add an optional forum that links different mental health specialists, therapists, and users that shares different topics, advice, or support with symptoms, stress, or just life in general. (Think like the insight page with Flo... an amazing integration of expertise with a dash of commentary from users!!!)

I'd like to be able to delete past moods, as I accidentally logged one while I wasn't paying attention (☹️!!!!). There's a lot of potential for cool new things with this app... but for now it's perfect with its minimalist and simple style. Thanks!:)

### 3/5 — Easy to use

*2018-09-14, version 1.2.2*

I like how easy it is to use this app. I set 2 reminders (morning and evening) to check on my mood. Enhancements I'd like to see to make it easier to use, easier to add entries, easier to review and export entries:

(1) Eliminate the unnecessary step that asks if I want to add a note. Present the option to add a location and note on the same page, at the same time. If the user does not want to add a note or location, they can just click done.

(2) Allow the user to edit prior entries. Sometimes I want to add or update a note but there isn't a way to do that

(3) In the reports view, you can't see the notes. You have to click on the entry one at a time to read the note text. The display should show all of the entries for the time period with the note text in the same view.

(4) Would like the ability to export the entries and note text in a usable format. Maybe a simple list with date/time, mood, tags, note text.

### 3/5 — good but no deletions

*2018-09-14, version 1.2.2*

why can’t you delete mood reports? it’s very easy to find log a mood by accident (just clicking one of the large buttons does it) and it seems impossible to reverse those mistakes :/

### 3/5 — Good, but needs improvement

*2018-07-07, version 1.2.2*

Desperately needs an edit/delete feature and a way to read entire past entries.

However, it’s simple and effective and easy to build into a habit.

### 4/5 — I love it!

*2018-05-03, version 1.2.2*

My therapist told me to get this app to tack my mood and when I feel certain ways. I wasn’t very excited at first, but my feelings toward had definitely changed!

The only complaint I have is that it saves what you put no matter what. So if you accidentally click something, it saves it. I think they could add an “are you sure” thing. But other than that I love it!

### 4/5 — So easy.

*2018-04-16, version 1.2.2*

In the past, I’ve been told by mental health professionals that I should keep a diary or planner. It was always a struggle for me to remember to write in them. Since this is an app, and I always have my phone with me, it’s super easy to open up the app and note that I’m feeling bad and then see all the ways I can fix it. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars (and this might be me not knowing how to work it all the way yet), but I don’t see how the notes come into play if you can’t go back to a day and read them. On good days, I’d like to be able to go back and see reasons why I was happy, because, to me, at least that would give me a reason to try to be happier in the future.

### 3/5 — Like but need edit option badly

*2018-04-08, version 1.2.2*

I’m annoyed cuz I accidentally logged a couple of moods that weren’t actual moods, I really desire a way to edit past moods. It won’t be accurate at all if this keeps happening.

### 4/5 — Report needs improvement

*2018-04-03, version 1.2.2*

If i could open the files that weekly reports send then this would be perfect, very simple and easy for tracking moods.

### 4/5 — Simple and streamlined. Can improve.

*2018-03-11, version 1.2.2*

I like that it’s simple. I’ve always tried to journal and I’d be able to keep it up if I didn’t get so overwhelmed with how long it takes to write it down. This solves that problem and I like that I can go back to it.

I’d love to see:
1. Password capability. This is meant to store very private material and the name of the app is not discrete. I have no problem with the name or design of the app, but the password seems like it should happen eventually
2. Editing previous moods. If I see a typo it will drive me nuts and I must fix it. Also, inaccurate/accidental moods affect reports and it’s distressing. Honestly this is the worst thing about this app and it feels like having this bad data in my log is ruining the effort I’m finally putting into myself.
3. Options for reminders. Schedules do t always allow me to log moods at the same time daily, so a day of the week option would be much appreciated.

### 3/5 — Helpful but room for growth

*2018-02-26, version 1.2.2*

I honestly really like this app, it's been very helpful. The only downsides I have:

-Cant delete/edit moods: I've accidentally logged a few and wanted to go back and edit/add note but clicked too fast and wasn't able too. That happen more in the beginning and now I'm just more careful, but that would be nice.

-File type option for export: I've tried to export my weeks and it just saves it to drop box or let's me email but I can't open any of the files anywhere I save them so I'm just having to look at them and screenshot and make my own summary.

### 3/5 — Eh..

*2018-01-28, version 1.2.2*

It’s alright I suppose. Does not show time, but does show date/day. The moods are good, mad, and okay. I feel as if they lack sadness which is a big mood for a lot of people who would download this app.

### 4/5 — Love using but 2018 Calendar is off by a day

*2018-01-09, version 1.2.2*

It's been great to be able to track my mood so easily. Less pressure than journaling, but I can still go back and review how I was feeling. Only thing is the calendar for 2018 starts on a Tuesday for some reason. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

### 3/5 — DELETE OPTION PLEASE !!!

*2018-01-05, version 1.2.2*

Please add a way to delete past moods- I accidentally clicked on when I wasn’t paying attention and it saved.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — COMPLETELY UNSUPPORTED!!!

*2020-11-21, version 1.3.0*

If you make this mistake of using this, you'll soon learn that it has long been been abandoned by the company that made it, and nothing is processed from your notes!
Not an impressive business model, especially for a mental health app.

### 1/5 — Lost all of my January data

*2020-02-09, version 1.2.3*

Been logging diligently every day since January 1st. Now suddenly all of my January data is mysteriously gone. Switching to an all that won't lose my logging.

### 1/5 — HELP!!!

*2019-07-12, version 1.2.3*

I ❤️ this App!!! But, am I not finding how to delete entries? Example I accidentally clicked “good” mood while in the hospital and use this to track my Lupus symptoms and tell EVERYONE I know to use it! I’m PRAYING the 1 Star review gets a RESPONSE because the email provided to contact them comes back as a mailer address unknown!PLEASE HELP, or someone respond so I can make this a 5 ⭐️ review!!!

### 1/5 — apple watch won’t sync with phone app

*2019-02-18, version 1.2.3*

I’ve tried deleting and re downloading the app. I use my watch to log my mood but it doesn’t cross over onto the app on my phone it says no logs and i’ve been logging for two days.

### 2/5 — Lacks Decent Watch Integration

*2020-01-02, version 1.2.3*

The emotions tracked via my Apple Watch do not appear on the iPhone version. It’s frustrating when you’ve been tracking everything on the watch and it disappears. This only received an extra star because of the emotion options - there are so many to choose from which is great.

### 2/5 — erases my moods + confusing layout

*2019-05-05, version 1.2.3*

this app used to be very cathartic for me. i used it so i had a neat place to organize my thoughts when i felt it was necessary, and for the most part this app did its job in providing a safe place for me to log my moods and track my state of mind throughout the week. it really began to benefit me in the long run, as i was able to read my past moods from time to time and see how much i've improved/grown as a person, and how i've matured in my wording, thoughts, and overall expressing my emotions through sentimental bursts and analyzing the flaws in my thinking. for the first few months i had this app, it was stellar. after a while, however, i noticed that my old moods from several months ago were nowhere to be found. the time that i'd typically be spending re-reading my old moods and reflecting on my past mindsets, i found myself frustrated with this app's confusing layout and the fact that all my moods from april were completely gone. it would be much appreciated if this can be fixed. for now i suppose i'll be using my notes app!!

ps- two great features to implement in the next update would be an 'edit' feature, so that incase a typo is made it can be easily fixed. the other feature would be a password option to lock certain notes, so that in the case that someone may be snooping around my phone, this ensures privacy. thank you!

### 2/5 — Cannot view notes- deal breaker!

*2019-03-09, version 1.2.3*

Cannot view notes in mood documenting. You can write and it just disappear. Deal breaker- don’t use this one if details matter

### 2/5 — Practically useless for someone trying to actually track their moods

*2019-01-11, version 1.2.3*

I have bipolar and wanted a good mood tracker so I could track moods simply and multiple times a day. The ability to have multiple reminders a day is nice and it’s simple, but that’s about it.

There is no easy way to see a trend of your moods on a graph or in any way where you can see how time/day/date might affect your mood. You also can’t delete or edit moods which is annoying when I’ve accidentally submitted a mood before typing in a note and there’s no way to go back and add it.

The monthly mood view is literally a circle with the number of good, middle, and low moods you had the past month. No mention of dates or times, no way to see the notes.

### 2/5 — Disappointing

*2018-08-12, version 1.2.2*

I love how simple and easy it is to quickly log your mood but I absolutely hate that I can’t go back and edit. You can’t even delete something once it’s been logged. Not to mention you can’t click on your logs and see any of the details. It doesn’t really help me if I can’t go back and reference why I was feeling the way I was.

### 2/5 — Good but could be better

*2018-02-07, version 1.2.2*

It would be really useful if you could edit/ delete moods, expand on GOOD, OK and BAD. I’d like more choices

These are not new suggestions.

As is, it a low OK

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simple and effective

*2020-03-25, version 1.2.3*

This has been so important for me in my treatment. Thank you to the creators and developers. I appreciate it so much. It’s simple and easy to use. So much or so little detail can be added. The reminders are great.

### 5/5 — Simplistic and Helpful

*2020-01-16, version 1.2.3*

I've been using this app for only about a week, but it was the exact app I was looking for! The simple view and input screens make it easy for me to put in my thoughts even when I feel overwhelmed. There's no gimicky subscription service that I'm submitted to ads to constantly like other apps do. This apps simplicity and straightforwardness is exactly what I need when I need to log my bad emotions.

### 5/5 — Nice that it reports by time.

*2018-03-27, version 1.2.2*

There’s an option to see the times that you logged different moods and make notes about what was happening at the time, whereas other apps just average them together and tell you how you felt that day. That makes it useful for things like bipolar or anxiety disorders when moods can be extremely volatile and averaging isn’t going to give you an exactly accurate report.

### 5/5 — Simple and Easy but

*2017-11-22, version 1.2.2*

This app is amazing and easy to use! The only thing I would like is to be able to view your notes that you put on your mood entries. 20/10 would recommend!!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2017-09-22, version 1.2.2*

I've only had this app for a day but it is working so well and seems to have everything I need.

### 5/5 — Best

*2017-07-11, version 1.2.2*

While the app is the best there is I fee there are still features that could benefit the experience.

### 5/5 — Good changes!

*2017-02-17, version 1.2.2*

The Upgrade turns the app into a very useful one. Very detailed advices to change your mood. Very motivating and encouraging. Appreciate the upgrade. Now I can recommend it!

### 5/5 — Best Mood Tracker I've Found!

*2017-02-17, version 1.2.2*

Ive checked out a lot of mood trackers, and this one is the best one for me. It is very simple to use, easy to incorporate into my day, and motivating. I love that the steps are given one screen at a time, this makes it less overwhelming. I also love all the "deets" to further describe my mood, and the ability to add my own. The icing on the cake is that it works with VoiceOver! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone struggling with mental health, or who just wants to track their mood!

### 4/5 — Just downloaded

*2018-12-12, version 1.2.3*

I love the simplicity and customization abilities but I need to be able to delete past moods!

### 4/5 — Great, Just Needs Editing Options

*2018-12-03, version 1.2.3*

I love the app, I set reminders and it definitely helps me stay mindful and aware. The *only* thing I really have an issue with it not being able to edit or delete anything.

For example, one of my options for tasks to do when I feel bad is to call an ex. Not critical but small things like mistakes or things I no longer consider healthy, I would like to be able to take out. I'm considering deleting the app and re-downloading to try and reset those customizations.
