## What is Moodsearch?

Turn what’s on your mind into patterns you can understand.

Brain dump by voice or text. Moodsearch surfaces emotional and behavioral patterns in what you share, then helps you track what keeps showing up over time.

Maybe you replay conversations long after they end. Look for reassurance when you feel uncertain. Feel guilty for setting a boundary. Hold yourself to impossible standards. Or sense that something is off without knowing how to name it.

Moodsearch gives you a simple place to start.

HOW MOODSEARCH WORKS

1. Share freely

Speak or type whatever is on your mind. Start anywhere and say as much as you need.

2. Discover possible patterns

Moodsearch organizes what you share into a clear analysis grounded in a therapist-reviewed library of 100+ emotional and behavioral patterns.

3. Build your history

Come back whenever something is on your mind. Each analysis adds to your history, helping you notice what repeats, what changes, and what may be worth understanding over time.

PATTERNS YOU MAY RECOGNIZE

Explore patterns such as reassurance seeking, conversation replay, boundary guilt, self-criticism, perfectionism, conflict avoidance, emotional overwhelm, and more.

Each pattern gives you language for something you may already feel—without turning it into a label or diagnosis.

WHY PEOPLE USE MOODSEARCH

• Make sense of overthinking and rumination
• Reflect after difficult conversations
• Notice emotional triggers and recurring reactions
• Understand patterns in relationships, work, and self-worth
• Brain dump without writing a polished journal entry
• Build self-awareness through honest check-ins
• Track patterns across multiple analyses

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

You do not need to know exactly what you feel before you begin. You do not need to answer a long survey or follow a rigid journaling routine.

Just speak or type what is on your mind. Moodsearch helps you find the signal inside the noise.

SUBSCRIPTION

Moodsearch offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Subscribe to reveal your analysis results, continue discovering patterns, and keep your pattern history in one place.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial. Any available trial, billing period, and current price are shown before you confirm your purchase.

### 1/5 — Great potential

*2026-08-20*

As an early user of the app there are still bugs that need to be fixed as i cannot access the app past the second page.

**Developer response:** Thank you for trying Moodsearch and for the kind words about its potential. We're sorry the second screen is holding you up. Please send us a note at support@moodsearch.com and we'd be glad to help.

### 1/5 — Request for support

*2026-08-19*

I don't like leaving a one-star review, but I can't find any way to contact this developer other than here. I'm VERY intrigued by this app, it seems like it could be very useful for me. However, I can't get past the second screen when I open it. Maybe there's a developer contact feature in the app, but I wouldn't know because I can't even get into the app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know, and we’re sorry you got stuck before you could try Moodsearch. You can reach us directly at support@moodsearch.com. Please send us a note and we’ll be happy to help you get into the app.

### 1/5 — Paywall

*2026-08-10*

Everything is locked behind a paywall. Plus, it's an AI so it will always appease to the user, no matter what you say. If you are COMPLETELY in the wrong for something, it will just validate you. Just go to therapy instead of paying for this BS.

### 5/5 — I love moodsearch!

*2026-07-06*

I started to use this app a few months ago to vent and it was amazing how quickly it picked up patterns and has helped me reflect a lot in my life.

### 1/5 — Undisclosed sponsored content

*2026-07-01*

This app appears to participate in undisclosed sponsored content to advertise its services which is against law according to the FTC. I found a mental health “influencer” that posts videos all mentioning this specific app for journaling with NO mention of it being an ad or sponsorship! AVOID!

### 5/5 — wow. game changer.

*2026-06-26*

used to struggle with mental health quite often but therapy was always so hard to get around to doing even though everyone told me to do it. this app is sort of that bridge to therapy and is a huge stepping stone to getting me on track. thank god for this app!

### 2/5 — i can’t read the entire response.

*2026-06-13*

so when you check in to record your mood the app uses an AI to respond to you and help you through/ understand what you’re feeling and you write to it and have a small conversation. whenever it send a response i can’t read all of it bc my keyboard is stuck covering it. i’ve tried tapping other areas of the screen and scrolling and even closing the app and opening it again but NOTHING works. it’s genuinely ruining the experience for me and making me want to delete the app.

### 4/5 — good

*2026-06-10*

hate that it’s ai lol but it’s good because it gives you a more specific mood than just sad, happy, etc. 4 stars only because with the daily check ins, if it’s a lot of text, sometimes of it is blocked by the keyboard and you can’t drop it down. you also can’t see what you’re typing when this happens. i like this app tho i think it will be helpful to me

### 5/5 — super cute and user friendly <3

*2026-06-02*

i’ve tried plenty of mental health journaling and mood apps but ray feels the best. the hamster mascot is so cute and the user interface just feels super natural and easy to use

### 5/5 — Quietly one of the most useful things on my phone

*2026-03-07*

I’ve tried a lot of self tracking apps and they all eventually feel like homework. This one is different. Check ins are fast, the AI doesn’t overexplain itself, and the pattern recognition is genuinely surprising. Simple, and tells you what you need to hear, it’s helped me reflect a lot already on things I hadn’t realized before
