Pick a mood, set how strong it feels, and add a little context when you want to. Your entries stay on your device — no account and no cloud sync.

• Log a mood in under 30 seconds: choose an emoji, set intensity from 0 to 10, and optionally note the situation, your thought, your action and what happened next
• See your month at a glance with a color-coded calendar showing each day's dominant mood
• Spot trends with an intensity line chart over 30 or 90 days, plus your "emoji of the month"
• Export a clean PDF report with summary stats, your chart and your entries, ready to share in a therapy session, with an optional anonymize toggle
• Stay motivated with gentle streak badges at 3 days, 1 week and 1 month, plus a warm comeback badge after a pause
• Set local reminders so checking in becomes an easy daily habit
