L’application a donc régressé car les anciennes version semblaient fonctionner. À éviter pour tous les utilisateurs ayant un s1 ou s2. J’ai bien un compte moofer mais lorsque je veux entrer les identifiants VanMoof j’ai un message d’erreur indiquant un problème technique…. Même en désinstallant et réinstallant l’application toujours le même problème. J’ai un peu l’impression d’avoir perdu 9€…. Maj: j’ai enfin réussi à me connecter en réinitialisant pour la deuxième fois mon mot de passe VanMoof. Natürlich nur für Privat Gelände😁😜 ### 5/5 — War mal eine gute App… *2023-09-06* … aber seit v4.0 kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Support-Seite funktioniert auch nicht. Im Moment rate ich dringend davon ab, die App zu kaufen. Ich hoffe der Entwickler bekommt das wieder auf die Reihe. Update: der Login funktioniert jetzt wieder, also alles gut. Wahnsinn, dass für 10 Euro das Bike so aufgewertet wird. Natürlich gibt es an der ein oder anderen Stelle Möglichkeiten der Verbesserung, aber es wird kontinuierlich dran gearbeitet und der Support ist mega. Klare Kaufempfehlung!!! ### 5/5 — VanMoof 4ever Daumen drücken *2023-07-23, version 3.4.1* Ich habe allen Mut zusammen genommen und mir trotz der Insolvenz von VanMoof ein gebrauchtes S3 gekauft. Solange die Server bei VanMoof noch laufen funktioniert auch noch die VanMoof App. Mein Appell an die Entwickler und die DevOps bei VanMoof bleibt an Bord trotz Insolvenz. Ihr habt eine tolle Software und ein tolles Bike entwickelt. Es wäre sehr Schade. Wichtig noch ladet auch die Bikey App vom Konkurrenten Cowboy damit Ihr Euer VanMoof S3 Bike auch ohne die Server von Vanmoof weiter fahren könnt. Ansonsten Daumen drücken, dass unsere VanMoof Bikes weiter laufen und es mit der coole Firma VanMoof weiter gehen kann. ### 5/5 — Holt mehr aus Deinem vanmoof heraus *2022-09-19* Mit der moofer app macht das vanmoof noch mehr Freude. Auch wenn nach dem Update der Firmware von 07/22 auf 1.8.2 keine 37 km/h mehr möglich sind, ist der Mehrwert mit 32 km/h immer noch gut. Für den ehrgeizigen Biker ist auch die Rangliste aller Benutzer interessant. Treibt an zu mehr Radfahren. ### 5/5 — Great app, does what it’s supposed to… *2022-09-05* And even a little bit more 😉 Moofer works as advertised, and you can even send an email to the developer, he’ll answer. Th only small downside to using this. Is that you have to check in Moofer if it is okay to download the latest firmware to the bike (via the normal VanMoof app, this time). If you just update without checking, you might lose some functionality (speed unlock being one).
