## What is Moojo?

Moojo turns your weight-loss goal into a plan you can actually follow: what to eat for the next seven days, and what to do in today's workout.

SET A GOAL, GET A NUMBER
Enter your height, weight, goal weight and how fast you want to get there. Moojo calculates your daily calorie target from your BMR and activity level, and shows how many weeks the goal will take.

A 7-DAY MEAL PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU
• Every day totals your calorie target, with high protein and high fibre to keep you full
• Respects your dietary style, allergies, disliked foods and health conditions
• 35 different meals a week - no repetition, no boredom
• Portions, calories and macros for every meal
• Step-by-step cooking instructions on demand
• Meal and water reminders you can switch on or off individually

DAILY WORKOUTS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE
• Sized to the minutes you have, from 15 to 90
• Uses only the equipment you own, at home, in the gym or outdoors
• Cardio, strength and recovery days rotate automatically across the week
• Works around injuries you tell it about - knee, back, shoulder and more
• Guided timer with countdown beeps, set tracking and breathing rests
• Illustrated step-by-step instructions for every exercise

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Goal ring, weight trend chart and weekly activity at a glance
• Weekly weight check-ins with BMI
• Workout history you can revisit any time

APPLE HEALTH
Connect Apple Health to bring in your steps and active energy, and to write your weight check-ins and finished workouts back automatically.
