The app is clunky with lots of little peculiarities for how to input data, update your profile, and make selections. I effectively have to login twice to access. Further disappointments continue if you soon realize you could have two accounts with the exact same phone number. Searching for a store is a broken useless function. The list of problems is quite long, but I’m not prepared to take the time. The worst platform for a rewards system. Hopefully stores are getting this platform for a low cost or free.
