Stick with a broker you’ve heard of, Schwab, Fidelity, etc.. My wife and I both opened MooMoo accounts and we are both having trouble getting our money out. Delays and excuses but so far no money. MooMoo has all sorts of promotions to get you to deposit money, but when my wife did not receive the promotion and contacted customer service, they told her it was her fault that they didn’t honor their promotion. We have contacted customer service approximately a dozen times and they still have refused to honor their promotion, so we are closing our accounts.
