Absolutely useless. Let’s you play for a day, logs you out, next you try to log in and your account has been blocked. You click forgot password they say email sent. Nothing shows. Disgusting rip off

This game is a complete joke. I’ve tried to verify my address on multiple occasions and it still hasn’t been accepted. I’ve changed my address as I have 2 homes and nothing. They trick you into depositing £10 to give you £20 bonus but yet you cannot play because they’re ‘verifying’ your account. It’s ridiculous. The game should be stopped and whoever is behind it should be banned from making new games.

They don’t tell you that you have to send off 3 documents and ID to be able to withdraw any winnings! They’re happy to take your money without hesitation however it’s not like other sites where it’s just as easy to withdraw.

Why after 6 years of terrible app reviews have you not attempted to fix this game app there’s error messages stating your blocked when you try to leave some games an now the app has completely broke down an even reinstalling it an deleting it over an over again still won’t help seriously with the amount of money your making from paying players you’d think you’d use some to actually fix these issues!!! Very frustrating

I joined this bingo yesterday I deposited £10 didn’t get 100 spins got 20 didn’t get £20 bonus money got a few 14 bingo tickets for tonight and 12bingo tickets for next week ! When spoke on live chat they just said they don’t know we’re I am seeing this 😡 so sent a screen shot and the chat got closed

This site is sooo addict won loads then go and play again and your winnings have gone. Won’t load properly so have to keep deleting and reinstalling very annoying.
