Unfortunately the photo upload does not work at all. That’s it. Nothing else. App is completely broken. We have purchased 10 trees from Moon Valley and they are awesome. 5 have already been planted and we have 5 more coming in March which is the reason I am looking for a landscape design program. I entered two diff emails to register and they both say already registered. One of them made sense since I’ve bought trees from them, but not the second, I hardly EVER give that email out and there’s no way I gave it to them. Big bummer! Crashes when signing up for an acct. and you go to choose the state. So I created an acct an Mac and then was able to get in on the iPad. But when I went to upload a picture it just routed me back to the home page. The web builder on Mac is also down. Choosing the select state pull-down menu on the registration page causes the iPad screen to lock. There’s no way to back out of this without closing the app and losing all of the information entered to that point. Once you fill out the new account and get to state, no drop down box and freezes up. But it only doesn’t work after they have collected your personal information. Sounded like the bugs were fixed. Nope. Just trying to register to use the app is buggy. Can’t select state. However, I tried to set up an account but kept getting the message that the “from” number was invalid. I guess the “from” number is the number from which an admin for the app would send the verification code to me to complete setting up the account. I noticed they updated it so I thought I’d try it. It is much better now. I like the fact that I can take a picture of my yard and see what it would look like with different types of trees and plants. My one gripe is that I wish they had more trees to try on here.
