Leider kann ich mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die App wirkt unfertig, stürzt häufig ab und bietet nicht die Funktionen, die man bei diesem Preis erwarten dürfte. Besonders unverständlich: Es gibt keine Bluetooth-Funktion – damit ist die App in der Praxis kaum nutzbar. Konstruktive Kritik: • Bluetooth-Funktion dringend nachrüsten. • Stabilität verbessern (keine ständigen Abstürze). • Benutzerführung klarer und intuitiver gestalten. • Regelmäßige Updates und ein schnellerer Support würden das Vertrauen der Nutzer deutlich erhöhen. So hat die App leider wenig Mehrwert – mit den genannten Verbesserungen könnte sie aber wirklich hilfreich sein. ### 1/5 — Updates eine Katastrophe *2025-08-17, version 2.0.0* Nach jedem Update muss ich die ganze Einrichtung wieder von vorne machen 😤. Das ist besonders nervig, weil es meistens genau in Momenten passiert, in denen man eigentlich gar keine Zeit oder Ruhe dafür hat – zum Beispiel, wenn ich das Kind gerade auf dem Arm habe oder es schon unruhig in der Wiege liegt und kurz vorm Schreien ist. Statt dass einfach alles wie gewohnt funktioniert, darf ich mich dann erstmal erneut damit abmühen, den Motor über die App zu verbinden. Das kostet Zeit, Nerven und ist in solchen Situationen wirklich das Letzte, was man gebrauchen kann. ### 1/5 — Nach dem neusten Update funktioniert nichts mehr *2025-08-17, version 2.0.0* Nach dem neusten Update kann ich mich nicht mehr mit dem Motor verbinden. Der Motor Connect ist also dank der App gerade unbrauchbar… ### 2/5 — Connection failed *2025-06-15, version 1.2.6* After so many recommended approaches to delete app, again reinstall, delete paired device, activate Moonboon Bluetooth and connect again, it still doesn’t work as it should. After so many updates and corespondents with support team I am back at square one. After setting up again, the device worked for one night a d then again it has problems with connecting. I am tired of this device. Should I know I would have these headaches I would purchase a regular motor not the connect one… really disappointed. ### 1/5 — App ist Müll, keine Funktion stürzt ab! Federwiege top *2025-06-08, version 1.2.6* Die App hat 5 Tage gut funktioniert jetzt stürzt sie ab und verbindet sich nicht mehr mit dem Motor. In der Zwischenzeit wurde kein Update durchgeführt einfach von heute auf morgen keine Funktion mehr. Neu Installation hat nichts gebracht und neues koppeln des Motors nicht mehr möglich. After update I can’t connect my motor (I’m doing what they told me to connect and it still Doesn’t work). ### 5/5 — Funktioniert einwandfrei *2025-05-18, version 1.2.5* Die App scheint nach dem Update wieder einwandfrei zu funktionieren. Stürzt beim öffnen/bedienen weder ab, noch hängt sie sich auf. Zudem ist sie leicht verständlich und absolut übersichtlich gestaltet. Das einzige was mich persönlich stört ist, dass man, insofern Änderung am Programm vorgenommen werden sollen, unmittelbar neben dem Motor stehen muss und sich nicht frei im Haus bewegen kann, da sonst die Verbindung zu schwach ist bzw. nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Ansonsten kann nach dem starten des Programms die App ganz entspannt geschlossen werden, das Programm läuft trotzdem weiter. Beim erneuten öffnen wird dann weiterhin die übrige Zeit vom wiegen angezeigt. ### 1/5 — App stürzt ab wenn man den Motor verbinden möchte *2025-05-05, version 1.2.4* App ist eine unausgereifte Vollkatastrophe und hätte eigentlich 0 Sterne verdient. Erst Probleme bei der Erstellung des Accounts und dann stürzt die App permanent ab, wenn man sie per Bluetooth mit dem Motor verbinden möchte. Bluetooth ist also nicht nutzbar, der Support ist auch in den Telefonzeiten nicht zu erreichen.
