I had to ask my friend to connect to his android to change it. Ridiculous! Make support for the iOS app! ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-05-03, version 2.5.0* The app does not work. The language made it sound like it would work except for the custom profiles but it will not connect with the earphones at all. Plus the Apple privacy states that no data is collected. Once you open the app they ask for permission to collect data. What data? I have no idea. They do not have a privacy policy in English. ### 1/5 — Firmware *2025-01-26, version 2.0.15* There’s no way to update my IEM’s firmware (Space Travel). Yikes - this application is scary poor. The Singer headphones have never worked properly. The only products that have any consistency are the TWS model’s Space Travel and MOCA. What else do you need? Yes the English is a bit off but I get what they’re trying to say. ### 4/5 — Working, can be improved *2025-01-08* I own the space travels and Robin. The app connects and I am able to do things like change the EQ and update firmware. Like other users pointed out, you will need to be patient since it can take a few seconds. Also, it might get stuck- I found that if you force close the app and put the earbuds in their case and waiting 15 seconds to retry, the app will find it. ### 4/5 — It Finally Works!!!!! *2024-11-12* I’ve been waiting for almost a year so I can use my space travels again. It'll work after that. This app is pretty alright. Hard to navigate and some parts are still not in english, but the ANC tap command adjustments, the DSP EQ and gain adjustments, being able to turn LDAC on or off are real life saving features for my moondrop TWS'. Downloadable DSP's (lowered the stars on this review because you can't log onto the portal to download other people's DSP tunings. Once that's fixed I'll update the review) are completely broken. Wallpapers in-app for free download is great, again it could use an update but this is still a very young app and company and I trust the updates will come and make things even better from a good start. ### 3/5 — Finicky, But Required 😅 *2025-01-02* If you have any moondrop products, if you want to get the BEST value out of your purchase (including firmware updates), you need to get this app. the issue is… this app is not the best. connecting to your device can take up to 10 seconds, and simply having it look for your device can be finicky. additionally, in eng, the text doesn’t fit i’ve found out that the best way to deal with this issue is to have your iem’s connected (with audio playing) BEFORE opening up the app. it connects to your device more easily --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
