Bring coins for parking meters *2025-08-26* I downloaded the app to pay for parking in Sardinia. Unfortunately, I could not create an account. I wasted over an hour trying to create an account. Other people trying to pay for parking were having a similar experience at the same time. We were late for our activity and nearly missed our tour. The local tour guide was eventually able to create an account from her phone with her credentials and helped us pay for the parking for the day. I tried to create the account with different email addresses and phone numbers but nothing worked. I received error messages that said I couldn’t use my phone number because it was already in use. Ständig der halbe Bildschirm belegt von dem Hinweis dass man außerhalb des Gebietes ist. JA, ICH WEISS ES!!! Ich erwarte auch nicht unbedingt, dass die App auf deutsch ist, aber wenigstens eine wirklich komplette englische Version wird doch wohl möglich sein. I purchased 3 tickets online, but when I tried to use them at the Repubblica metro station, the QR codes did not work at the turnstile . Despite showing proof of purchase and trying to resolve the issue, I received no support and was denied a refund. This is unacceptable for a transportation app meant to make travel easier. The lack of accountability and customer service is disappointing. I was unable to use the service and requested a refund in August 2025. I provided all requested information, including my Wise bank details, and was told the refund had been submitted and would be completed within 30 days. It is now May 2026, and I still have not received my money. Customer support kept sending generic responses for months and eventually stopped responding completely. In verità ci sono altre app che fanno il medesimo servizio con funzionalità più o meno simili (quelle di myCicero sono perfette) ma la differenza di questa app è data dal fatto che quando parcheggi sai di pagare solo ed esclusivamente il gestore del parcheggio e non anche laute commissioni al gestore dell'app. Anche se antipatico, ritengo sia comunque d'obbligo un confronto con app concorrente. Parcheggio di 1 ora nella medesima zona blu (Ascoli Piceno): con myCicero Euro 0,70 con EasyPark Euro 1,84!!! Inoltre, con myCicero puoi gestire il tempo è relativo costo al minuto, con EasyPark a step di 30 minuti..... e tralascio altre piccole differenze (ovviamente tutte a favore di myCicero) che potrebbero consentire ulteriori risparmi. myCicero da giugno 2016 non utilizzerà più Paypal per la ricarica del credito.... No! Ma Perchè? Leggo l'informativa e la ragione è semplicemente quella di favorire noi utenti: il sistema di pagamento PayPal impone a myCicero delle commissioni sulle ricariche che sono incompatibili con la politica di myCicero dove l'utilizzo dell'app è sostanzialmente gratuito. Come posso non condividere la scelta di myCicero? Vorrà dire che per la ricarica (gratuita) del credito continuerò ad utilizzare solo Satispay che, in fin dei conti, è anche più comodo di Paypal.
