I haven’t purchased the subscription just yet but I’m almost convinced to buy the lifetime subscription if it keeps working and I can save up enough money by next month. I put in the 12hz sound wave on my cell phone and woke up feeling I had no anxiety. Anxiety that I had for a year or more and couldn’t get a break. It’s been almost a day now and I feel like this is hopefully a fast and easy solution to my ptsd induced anxiety disorder.

I love all the different options of music that are available. But the best part about this app is that I can play it in the background of other apps which I have been looking for for years. In particular, I use it when I have a spoken meditation and want some music in the background during and after the meditation. It works beautifully!

I use this app to sleep at night and during the day for work. It has been so helpful! Definitely getting better rest, I totally notice if I forget to turn it on before I fall asleep. And the focus tracks during the day help me lock in and concentrate for work.

I am enjoying these frequencies a lot! I wish there was a way to make a timed play list. 
I am using these as an aid to improve my sleep. I feel like it would be perfect if I could for example have theta music playing for 20 minutes, then switch to a pure deeper theta for 15 minutes and then change to delta for x amount of minutes and then have it set to turn off.

That would be perfect! 

Please make it so the tracks can be timed and it can be put into a playlist!

Currently, there is a “Playlist” option that you can create. But it is pointless, as each frequency either plays “forever” or you can set a timer for it to stop. But if it is set to stop after a certain time, it does Not go to play the next frequency in your playlist.

So the playlist is not a list that plays.🫤
