This is preventing me from being able to actually use the wallet. I have to resort to using Guarda which is great, but would like to use this wallet for Zilliqa ### 1/5 — I can’t send eth based coins off the app *2021-11-11* I literally can’t send my erc tokens off the app. There is always an error that says it can’t broadcast the transaction. No reply been a week now ### 1/5 — Retrieving tokens after staking proves systematically problematic... *2021-02-15* Every aspect and design of this wallet is impressive and near flawless in it’s aesthetics and functioning, with the humble exception of it’s seeming systematic predisposition towards a disinclination of the retrieval of your funds... From the prolonged and unnecessary unstaking period, to the amount of whichever token uou are retrieving that it is necessary to have in your account for the “fees” associated with unstaking, which is absurd due to the fact that the app does not charge fees on for unstaking with a validator. I guess we learned long ago, not your keys, not your crypto... Please help support team. ### 5/5 — Few Issues, Great Support. *2021-01-04* There are a few technical issues that arise within the app like your Zil amount appearing and disappearing but the Moonlet team is extremely responsive and because the app is non-custodial it’s understandable that it’s a technical fix. The app presents your Zil on the blockchain so they are not storing your funds just acting as a UI. Great experience overall and I know that the app will continue to develop and improve. Am trying to withdraw but the balance mostly doesn’t show. Then if it does won’t let me withdraw. Do not download - they do not answer trouble tickets. My wallet lost sync with validators while staking & now my balance is zero. I tried to reinstall Moonlet & now all transaction history is gone. Used my seedphrase that I’m 100% is correct and now I cannot access my account. After reading forums it’s probably because my new phone doesn’t have permission to access my account. Moonlet team isn’t helping me rectify this issue. My zil address still has all of the zil, so I know it wasn’t hacked. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2022-03-17, version 1.5.25* I was staking solana and I never received my rewards even after I unstaked. SCAM - AVOID ### 1/5 — DO NOT stake using this app. *2022-01-28* I have been staking my coins regularly for the past few months without issues. The moment I decided to stop staking and remove them the app will not allow it. To make matters worst the transactions fail and it eats up the fee. Seems your fix hasn’t worked at all. I am not the only person. Customer support is very disappointing. I see people having issues with other coins on this app, which does need to be fixed, but sticking with ZIL I never had an issue and works like a charm. ### 5/5 — ⚡️Fast & not Furious ⚡️ *2021-10-20, version 1.5.18* Amazingly fast and intuitive UI. Especially when Zil network makes sudden changes, they are prompt to reflect the necessary changes in the wallet. One thing I would look forward to see in the app is the transaction history when bringing funds to the wallet from outside.
