寝る前についYouTubeショートを見ちゃって、毎日時間が溶けてたので「これはまずい」と思って試してみました。結果、意外とよかったです。

絵がきれいなのも好きだけど、パズルが隣同士で揃うとくっつくので（語彙力）、寝る前でもストレスなくできる難易度なのがいい。

あと、だんだん画面が暗くなってる…？気のせいかもだけど、そのおかげで自然と眠くなります。まぶたがスーッと落ちてくる感じで、寝る前にちょうどいいです。
