Calendar connection is optional; sharing event titles is off by default. One calendar update a day is free. A QUIET PLACE TO REST Rain, ocean, forest, fire, white noise and brown noise: six free sounds bundled in the app. Listen offline, set a timer and keep listening while writing or with your screen locked. A FEELING COUNTS AS AN ENTRY You don't need a perfect paragraph. Choose your mood and what was happening, then add a line if you feel like it.
