Have tried severything possible. Can’t get ahold of support either. Very poor design because the idea and everything else is great. Would really appreciate if you could add a feature in app so that the sound gradually slow down to stop rather than hard stop. ### 3/5 — Decent *2023-04-08* Decent app when it works. Bluetooth will always connect to the device (after I have to search for it manually), but half the time, the sound doesn’t work. The light feature can always be changed with Bluetooth, so I know it’s connected, but the sound doesn’t come out.
