My biggest complaint is that I have emailed the company three times requesting that my subscription be cancelled and I don’t get charged again and absolutely nobody responds. Very concerned I will have to contact my bank and the better business bureau to ensure this doesn’t become an issue. You can only cancel your subscription via their email which I now see is a problem and big red flag.
