They’re something special and really show you’ve taken time to make a card for someone. It’s the grown up equivalent of making one from a cornflakes box, seashells, and an old photo. Generic cut and paste responses that more or less said tough luck, suck it up. Didn't get reminders for Moonpig plus renewal either and they've removed postcard templates we used to use. Tried placing an order but wouldn’t deduct the 30% discount, so went through the chat procedure who confirmed I am eligible for the discount and that it will be applied automatically at checkout. This did NOT happen, I then asked to speak to a human & was told someone would contact me the following day, 24 hours later nothing!! The box arrived with a loose bottle that had crushed the card and chocolates and the balloon was almost half deflated and completely useless. Ordered a card and present for my sister because she passed her GCSES with flying colours so wanted to send a little summon and it literally came the next day she was so happy and sent me a lovely text. I used another company before but I tried this one and won’t use anyone else now but you guys keep up the good work.
