Always has an error message when entering the verification code from email. Have un-installed and re-installed and it didn’t fix it.
Also, when service is suspended, we’re meant to call them? Makes no sense. You can’t make any calls if you don’t have service…

Simple and no-frills 1990s style interface, which is fine, but the display of remaining data balance is done by calendar month not billing cycle, which is very confusing and you don’t know how much data you have left, even on prepaid. I think modernising the app would be good, but I suppose we’d be paying for that through higher fees, so beggars can’t be choosers.
