The amount of user data required to use this app is out of control and only makes sense if you are Portuguese. The fields are not localised. I have no idea what they mean. The bar to entry means those who could benefit and not able to use it.

Great idea, yeah?  You have an app on your phone where you buy bus tickets in advance. 
But what’s the point if the app freezes, the app doesn’t work, or you can’t change the date from today to some date in the future?!?!  It’s useless. I hope it gets fixed soon because it’s a great idea.

App funcional, prática e rápida.

Acontece que comprei um bilhete e o autocarro não veio… Passados dois dias fui falar com a senhora da bilheteira para ré-haver o dinheiro do bilhete. Ela disse-me que podia fazer isso na app. Entrei na app e o bilhete tinha desaparecido e nenhum dinheiro retornado. Sem opção de chat de ajuda….

This app is absolutely excruciating to use.

The app is poorly designed for newer iPhone models. Some of the navigation icons are overlayed the OS status bar above so you have trouble moving around. Filter seems inefficient and hangs. Definitely needs improvements. Locale support would also be nice.
