## What is Mooveme?

Mooveme is the ecological and green solution that allows you to rent exclusive electric vehicles allowing you to fully enjoy the location without worrying about traffic, pedestrian traffic areas making you enjoy every moment to the fullest while saving time and money.
Today you can rent an Mooveme electric vehicle at selected facilities and move freely, using the pause function you can also park the vehicle, enjoy a museum, eat at the restaurant and always have the vehicle you rented available.
When you have finished, you will return to the facility and/or other car parks, select the vehicle and you can close the rental.
How Mooveme works:
1) Open the app to view the map and find the Mooveme electric vehicles closest to you.
2) Sign up for the app and select the vehicle you like best and unlock the rental
3) Enjoy where you are
4) Once you reach your destination park responsibly and pause, your vehicle will always be available there for you
5) Return the vehicle to the Structures and/or authorized parking and close the rental

Mi dispiace mettere 2 stelle perché l’idea è davvero molto bella e green. Ma purtroppo il sistema ha una marea di difetti. Sopratutto tecnici. Le API sono lentissime. Non si riesce a terminare il noleggio a volte senza nessuna spiegazione. Semplicemente si annulla l’azione di “termina noleggio” senza messaggi di errore facendoti pagare uno sproposito. 
Se anche siete fortunati e vi da un messaggio di errore. Non è parlante. Non si capisce nulla. 
Infine è anche davvero troppo costoso!! 
Il riconoscimento documenti dice che va a buon fine ma poi in realtà non è così. 
Da migliorare sotto tutti i punti di vista. Inutilizzabile al momento.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è da zero stelle : non è stato possibile terminare una corsa perché risultava il lucchetto aperto pur essendo sempre stato non funzionante e quindi chiuso. Monopattino guasto in quanto il lucchetto è sempre risultato chiuso e non è stato possibile terminare la corsa mai fatta. Dopo ore altre persone hanno utilizzato il monopattino ( a spese mie in quanto risultava ancora la mia corsa attiva, quindi appropriandosi della mia carta in uso) evidentemente che si era ripreso dallo stato in cui era per qualche assurdo motivo (restano ore e ore sotto il sole probabilmente può influire come sulle auto) . Dopo giorni di reclami via mail e PEC, perché telefono MAI ATTIVO anche se ammettevano in contrario (potete provare a chiamare per verificare) mi hanno scalato 35,50€ senza capire il problema e il furto autorizzato ad altri facendo utilizzare la mia carta di credito . Un servizio offerto non funzionale e con tante pecche dietro e pochissima capacità ci comprensione del cliente, cliente perso per sempre. Sconsiglio a tutti di affacciarsi a questa app se non volete rischiare di regalare i soldi a loro e ad altri. Tutelatevi, girate a piedi che fa bene.

Mi ha fatto perdere 30 minuti per la registrazione quando avevo fatto tutto comunque non mi faceva partire il noleggio, qualita davvero di basso livello. Evitate di perdere tempo

Dopo un bug dell’applicazione mi sono ritrovata a pagare 22€ di monopattino (ho video e foto che dimostrano l’impossibilità di terminare il noleggio a diversi orari di distanza, più screen di addebito quando poi hanno risolto).
Ho contattato l’assistenza clienti che mi ha assicurato un risarcimento in due-tre giorni lavorativi, sono passate due settimane dalla loro informazione e non ho ricevuto assolutamente nulla. Due settimane in cui continuavo a mandare email per richiedere informazioni ma improvvisamente spariti.
Ovviamente procederò per vie legali.
Nel frattempo NON SCARICATE QUESTA APPLICAZIONE!

La data utilizzo mezzo ok
Tempo di utilizzo ok
Ma non si riescono a leggere i dati che vengono riportati successivamente 
Nel caso di acquisto di pacchetti non viene riportato il saldo minuti da poter utilizzare ne tantomeno la data.
Essendo il costo del noleggio molto alto conviene acquistare i pacchetti, ma li trovo troppo limitanti specialmente dal punto di vista temporale.

Se si offre un servizio che prevede l’utilizzo di un app x usufruirne occorre che l’app sia funzionante. Questa è davvero pessima e mal pensata!!! O si blocca nell invio dell OTP oppure nella schermata di registrazione nell inserimento della data di nascita.
