## What is Moovin?

What is it?
Simple enough. It's a small app that helps you when moving home. Create a box, put your items into the box, write the supplied code on the box. Done. 
Want to know where you put your dishes, a quick search and Moovin' tells you exactly what box you put them in. You get the idea.

Why?
I recently moved home, and was forever asking myself where I had put things...Charging cables, Bed linen, etc. I wish I had something that was easy to search for exactly what I was after.

There is also the added benefit, that once moved in, you can still organise your life, change the name of a box to "Office Drawers" and boom, never loose anything again (No promises).   

Sounds good, why isn't it free?
Good question...Ummm...Me need food? I could've gone down the subscription model, but honestly, I would rather pay once for something, and know it's mine.

Hi, Paul—I just purchased the app and I’m excited to use it. I can’t get it to work 😫
I add a box and follow instructions to identify the box, yet, I’m unable to find the box. I’m really not sure to where it saves; unable to find it using the search bar. I wrote the “code” on the box—then tried to “scan the code”, however, the camera screen provided two buttons to click and both are labeled “Cancel”. 
The app description reads as if it is exactly what I’m looking for—just need help to get it going.

Been a little while...3 years is a long time!
This version consists of fixing some bugs, improving some performance, and adding a couple of ease of use features.

Trying to keep the ball rolling with new features and squishing bugs. With that in mind, here is what has changed in this version.

What's Changed:
- You can now export any home move to PDF as a checklist. This could come in useful if you are going old school.
- Fixed a small loophole that allowed you to add items with no name.

In this weeks episode of "Find something that sounds smart!". Basically, a load of bug fixes (mainly under the hood, but some have been listed so that you can see). Some other improvements have been made to the architecture of the app. This will lead to improvements down the line.

What's Changed:
- When adding a new box, you can pick from locations that you have already added into to the app. Meaning quicker input
- You can move items between different boxes.
- Filter your boxes by whether they contain heavy or fragile objects.
- Protected Boxes. You can now provide protection to your boxes. I mean, not literally. Your phone isn't going to suddenly turn into Arnie. But, you can hide items contained in a box from others using biometrics.
- Attachments. You can take a picture of the items in the box for ease when trying to find what you're looking for.
- Fixed a bug on iPad that meant that the description of an item, would cause the whole screen to have a fit.
