Moovlee Mooves also includes timed breathing views with calming music that can be used to help you relax or settle to sleep, and fun music views where you can play with different peaceful sounds and create your own music. You can learn about different feelings and track your own feelings in the calendar. Our app is designed with kids in mind, featuring colourful graphics and features to help keep children engaged with content that can help them to strengthen their bodies and practice mindfulness.

Moovlee videos are popular in schools and homes all over the world and these exercises are a great way to keep children moving. Regular practice can help them to learn effective strategies to manage challenging emotions in a positive way. Honestly such an adorable and educational app for my nieces. It’s so much fun when they’ve got too much energy and it can also be great for quiet time when they’re experiencing big emotions. I’ve even found myself using this after I’ve given them back to their parents 😅 
The sounds don’t get annoying like a lot of the apps made for kids by mega corporations… 
Just get the app!!!
