Die Auskunft ist mittlerweile auch Mist: Anstatt Haltestellen zu priorisieren werden sonstige Orte bevorzugt. Totaler Fail. Die Auskunft zu Verbindungen ist gut, technisch und optisch bekommt man was man braucht. Leider ist das Kaufen eines Tickets zu mühselig, mal abgesehen davon, dass es letztendlich gar nicht funktioniert: Die Anmeldung ist umständlich, die Eingabe von Zahlungsdaten auch. Allein sich einen Verkäufer aussuchen zu müssen ist nervig. Mit dem Aussuchen bei wem ich ein Ticket nun genau kaufe, damit will ich mich gar nicht beschäftigen. Der Versuch ein Ticket zu kaufen ist dann (beim Verkäufer DB Regio) mehrfach mit Fehler 500 gescheitert. Beim nächsten Versuch ein anderes Ticket zu kaufen, waren dann auch die Zahlungsdaten wieder gelöscht. So macht das keinen Spaß. In Berlin funktioniert das besser. Update: Die App zeigt leider nicht alle Ticketoptionen an. Bei 2 Fahrenden zeigt sie statt einer Tageskarte (24h plus 2 Personen) nur zwei Einzelfahrscheine an. Leider besteht momentan noch das Problem, dass die neuen Abfahrten der Buslinie 27, welche aufgrund einer Baustelle aufgetreten sind, nicht angezeigt werden. Bitte behebt diesen Fehler… 🥺 ### 3/5 — Aktuell leider kaum nutzbar *2025-05-17* Liebes MooveMe-Team, bisher hatte ich kaum Beschwerden über die App und nachdem ich verstanden habe, dass ich AboFlex-Tickets am besten außerhalb der Verbindungsauskunft kaufe, war die Benutzung super. Seit mittlerweile einer Woche stellt die App mich jedoch vor eine Herausforderung nach der anderen: Verbindungsauskunft streikt, Zahlungsmittel werden abgelehnt, Ticketoptionen werden nicht geladen etc. Ich habe permanent nach Updates geschaut die evtl. Bugfixes enthalten, jedoch ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand und Serverprobleme treten weiterhin auf. Bitte verbessert die Erreichbarkeit der Server und die Benutzerfreundlichkeit - ein Loadingspinner würde an mancher Stelle schon Wunder wirken, im Gegensatz zu einem leeren Bildschirm oder keinerlei Feedback nach dem Klick auf einen Button.
