First it wouldn’t let me book a ride using my card as a payment method so I transferred money to the app, but I still could t book a ride. Now I’m going to need figure out how to get my money out of the app. Nice idea, but sucks in practice ### 1/5 — Took Money, But No Car *2025-09-17* The Moovn App had my debit card, but wouldn’t allow me to request a ride. I added money twice. Requested a ride three times. Nothing. I requested a refund three times for both transactions that resulted in no service. I needed to go to the ER.
