Time I have opened the app all I see is NO CARS. I live in Brooklyn Heights, in EVERY other app there is an abundance of cars available at almost any time of the day. I'm not deleting yet because I honestly want to give this app a chance & want it to become my go to and become a major player... but what is a gal to do when you're just not giving me any other option but to go elsewhere? First it wouldn’t let me book a ride using my card as a payment method so I transferred money to the app, but I still could t book a ride. Now I’m going to need figure out how to get my money out of the app. Nice idea, but sucks in practice ### 1/5 — Took Money, But No Car *2025-09-17, version 8.2.14* The Moovn App had my debit card, but wouldn’t allow me to request a ride. I added money twice. Requested a ride three times. Nothing. I requested a refund three times for both transactions that resulted in no service. I needed to go to the ER. I was able to set pick up but not destination. I wasn't sure if I was too far out so I moved to pick up to different parts of the city but still no destination option. There is no FAQ section with an explanation beyond the initial sign in explanation. In its infancy, the app has an interesting interface but isn't as intuitive as it could be. The real problem, however, is that there's simply too few drivers in their network—in all honesty, I still haven't successfully executed a ride. Even in midtown Manhattan, I can't get a car in the evening or on a weekend afternoon. I've experienced this with other up-and-coming cab apps, and the bold ones always got better at expanding service.
