They should have at least informed us why such a price increase is necessary. Plus, they should provide helmets for safety precautions if they’re gonna charge that much. Better make the service more premium (safety-wise). ### 2/5 — Commuter perspective *2024-08-09* They charge based on 10 minute increments which doesn’t make sense when you have a rider thats 10.5 minutes you’ll be getting charged 20 minutes. would be better if it was charged per minute after the initial 10min. And make it part of the commuter pass. Also lots of scooters not able to scan. Lots of people are just using it for pleasure riding or instagram pics too. ### 4/5 — great when it works *2024-05-22, version 1.73* like don't get me wrong the app works, but their scooters or bikes are hit or miss like you'll see them trying to unlock themselves, but they got an error most of the time and it's very frustrating that they haven't fixed this issue yet. Why cant they just charge per minute? Instead of 10min minimum? when they ask for balance of now minimum of 300. 2nd. i bought their ride pass of 100min for 400 and i still need to have a balance of minimum 300? Like dude I literally just paid 400 and i cant even use that ride pass unless if i cash in of minimum 300? This scooter is useful but you make things so hard for us plus its now pricey which I totally understand if you make things easier for us. Its too much of a scam. 3rd. You won’t get to see that your credit is below their riding fee until you tried renting one only to find out you need to tap up. 2nd - during night time, most of their rides can’t be scan. Does not display accurate issue. Please fix this asap ### 2/5 — log in options *2023-11-25, version 1.67* I dowloaded moovr 4 months ago and i top up the minimum amount of cash which is 200 pesos, and then i didn’t use it for a few months. then i switched phones and forgot about it, today i tried to open my account and my number does work but my email on the other hand doesn’t work and says that it belong to an account. now I’m not sure if i used the same number that i am using now but hopefully you could put a log in email option. No way to contact support because they don’t have a website. Unbelievable. I am actually flabbergasted. ### 1/5 — Scam company *2026-02-26, version 1.81* App glitched and I reached out to customer service and they just banned me from the app bc they didn’t know how to fix it and so I asked for my money back instead. Nope, they just banned me and took my money and stopped replying to my emails. ### 1/5 — Broken signups *2026-01-24, version 1.81* Wasn’t able to sign up. Tried multiple emails but the codes weren’t arriving. Finally got one code but the app rejected it. Gave up and walked. ### 1/5 — FAULTY EBIKES *2025-08-05, version 1.78* The bike perimeter screen stopped working and went blank. Went to different Moovr parking spots and the ride won't cancel. Support is non-existent during night trips. The bicycles were of extremely poor quality and in a terribly maintained condition. As for the customer support, it's a solid 0 out of 10. Instead of addressing our problems, they resorted to threatening us with calls to the authorities. It was all empty talk and no real help. Can’t end the ride even though the bike was already locked and parked, thus the time continues to run. The app charges you without providing service. Easy money. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-06-06, version 1.73* Be wary cause this company is a scam and will eat your money in the app. Still have a remaining balance of around 50 pesos. The app wouldn’t let me unlock a scooter unless I load a minimum of 150 pesos. Why is it still asking me for money when I already have available balance in my wallet? Plus, there’s NO option to transfer your money from the app to anything outside of it. Basically it’s a scam 🤣 ### 1/5 — Scammers *2024-02-10, version 1.70* Ended ride at 39 minutes. They have you fill out random information when the ride has ended, to waste more of your time. They scammed me another 10 minutes. They then ban me after I complained so I lost my remaining balance with no refund. Complete scammers.
