Customer service won’t try to meet you halfway. Weird situation with subscriptions, since they cannot be made for one month as the contract ends in the end of the following month. Thus, even if the subscription is both started and terminated on the August 1st, it will go on till September 30th. Camera recognition feature works only with standard Finnish license plates, which was inconvenient (we had to call the customer service of the parking to enter or exit the parking lot). All in all, I didn’t like the experience at all, wouldn’t use the app again. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Sorry to hear that you have had problems with our service and we haven't been able to communicate clearly enough about the terms. Sincere apologies! ### 1/5 — Need a Finnish phone number *2022-07-17, version 1.9* Probably makes parking very easy in many places in Finland but doesn’t work with most non-Finnish phone numbers! ### 1/5 — Will charge you for free parking *2021-12-08, version 1.8* I parked at Ratina, which has one hour free parking, for about 15 minutes. Was charged 1€ for it. Contacted customer service about it, never heard back. Today, my husband took the car and parked in a Moovy-use lot, and the app didn’t tell me until after he’d paid 4€ for his parking there— AND I’ve been charged the same by the app. I just emailed customer service about it, and got the same “our customer service lines are congested...” message I got the first time. I’m sure they’re congested by people wanting their money back. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Does not work with a French number *2026-07-27, version 1.23.0* . ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-02-07, version 1.22.0* First thing the app does is asking for your phone number (a very necessary thing for paying car parking right ? Gotta have data to sell to spam companies), but all you get is "oops something went wrong ! Try again later". Guess what ? "Later" doesn't work any better. And then I'm the one left with the parking fine. ### 1/5 — “Vyladěná aplikace” *2025-12-29, version 1.22.0* Aplikace nepodporuje zahraničí telefonní čísla ### 1/5 — Not working for foreign numbers *2025-12-02, version 1.22.0* Not working for Czech phone numbers, how am I supposed to buy a parking ticket? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with +1 area code *2025-02-14, version 1.21.2* App doesn’t work with US&Canada area code. And the parking location doesn’t allow other payment methods. I’d give the app 0 stars if that was an option. ### 1/5 — Not for foreigner ! *2024-08-12, version 1.20* Foreigners without Finnish mobile number cannot subscribe. So not suitable for tourists in Finland.
