Requires account to order. I’ve used the app for something like 10 mobile orders, and only 2 times have the offers actually worked. It always just randomly says no offers are valid, and don’t work for both online orders, or in the store. ### 1/5 — Bait and Switch *2025-08-27, version 7.5* First off, the “use your full name” with the eye roll emoji during sign up is pretty condescending. I downloaded the app and signed up because I received a flyer in the mail with coupon codes to use for mobile orders. None of them work. Requested to delete my account since I guess they just want to sell my data ### 1/5 — Wasted Time *2025-08-20, version 7.5* This app is not user friendly at all. If you want to reorder, you have to make sure it’s the exact same location. If you change locations you have to start your order over from the very beginning. Even using the redemption codes from the app only work about 50% of the time. Redeeming rewards are never eligible and the payment doesn't work even when all info is correct. This is a corporate issue. Get it together. We love the food at MooYah but by the time we get to the restaurant and we've already tried to order for 20 minutes it's super annoying. ### 1/5 — App does not load *2025-06-12, version 7.5* Have installed, deleted, and reinstalled the app several times and cannot get past the frozen initial screen to register for an account. I downloaded the app and there was no coupon for a free burger. This is a scam and false advertising. Please be aware. I didn’t think I actually had to press add item when I didn’t want to make any changes. My food came out as a plain hamburger with nothing on it and no fries. I can’t reset my account because you can only do that with an email. I don’t have a clue what email address is associated with my phone number. It’s actually pathetic that those workers still have a job. They are out of all cold drinks because they don’t know how to change it. Customer service was great, fries were good and our hamburgers were delicious. We met the owner while dining there and he was so nice and answered a few questions for us. Will definitely be back and we have already recommended to several friends to go try MOOYAH! We were very impressed at all the precautions taken. All our meals were served in a bag no food served exposed to air, we were given separate cups for drink refills and I watched workers trying to be cautious to slow down and have restrict food handling for each order.
