### 2/5 — App won’t refresh location or refresh feed

*2022-08-11, version 2.0.34*

The app will not refresh and it will not show where my vehicle is located. The last time I vehicle was tracked was 57 days ago and I have driven ever since then. The app will not refresh when I attempt to refresh my location. This app was incredible and worked for years until now recently.

### 2/5 — Service feature not actually connected

*2022-03-04, version 2.0.31*

I went through the process of setting up a service using the app. It said the dealership could pick up and drop off my Jeep. I went to the dealership to confirm the appointment but they did not have it in their system nor do they offer the pickup drop off service. Clearly this app is a “work in progress”.

### 4/5 — Decent App

*2022-02-01, version 2.0.29*

I would like to see more notifications from the App, such as when to get an oil change.

### 4/5 — Ok but not really usefull

*2022-01-11, version 2.0.29*

It’s an ok app but I haven’t found it useful.

What is particularly annoying to me is that the “sign on” credentials are shared across three other apps and if you can’t remember the password it creates a cascade of changes due to the dependency. But I guess that is most annoying is that when selecting a new password they restrict “special” characters and the error warning doesn’t include all of the characters that are in the restricted list. Which is sloppy and silly programming.

### 4/5 — Manually add service record

*2021-12-10, version 2.0.27*

After complained to Mopar about inability to use this app found out can only use alphanumerical figures
Was pleased with quick response by Mopar for there assistance

### 3/5 — Screwed by finance manager

*2021-10-15, version 2.0.26*

Bought a low mileage used vehicle
Was duped into an extended warranty by the finance manager that straight out lied to me.
He bait and switched the coverage with out explanation.
When I had a major problem with the vehicle I found out he had activated the warranty at purchase date knowing I had 1 year full factory warranty left.
And both had expired together
750$ lost for purchase of extended warranty and 2000$ repair bill on the drive train

### 2/5 — 5 stars is a definite LIE

*2021-07-14, version 2.0.24*

You can never make a service appointment on the app or website. Really wish i could post a video of the issue. Never show date or time on the app. On the website you can’t get past “next step” on the location page. Crappy crappy crappy!!!

### 4/5 — Phones

*2021-06-13, version 2.0.23*

Please add the iPhone 12 Pro Max, to the list of phones. I recently got that phone, but it’s not on the list of phones to connect. Add it and i’ll rate this app five stars.

### 2/5 — No information flow

*2021-05-26, version 2.0.22*

The theory of this app is great. However, when it comes to making appointments at a dealership, it falls VERY short. If there are specific things that I need to have them look at and they aren’t listed in the prepopulated selections, there IS an “Other Services” selection. But when I fill in the specific details in the notes box in length about what I need the to inspect/diagnose, NONE of these notes make it to the dealership……at all. To include the fact that I was going to wait for my vehicle. There also needs to be a “Rental Required” drop down selection that this app doesn’t have. Until these fixes are implemented, you are better off just calling the dealership and scheduling your appointment months out, as they all seem to be short rentals as well.

### 2/5 — Can’t schedule service!

*2021-05-15, version 2.0.22*

I like that I can access my owners manual using this app but scheduling service on iPhone X iOS 14.5.1 is a no-go. Can’t select anything from the service advisor forward. There are no options to select - no service advisor, transportation preference, date/time options. Nothing. My dealer’s service department never answers their phones or calls back, either, so now I have to make an unnecessary trip just to schedule service. Ridiculous!!

### 2/5 — Worked Great now deleted my data

*2021-04-23, version 2.0.21*

I had this app rated as 5 stars at first. I was able to keep all maintenance records updated on app. Went to dealer fir a recall and they were able to see all the work completed. Suddenly, I went to add a maintenance entry and all my records were deleted except for the dealer entries. Now it’s useless for me, and I’m beyond angry because my entire inputted history is gone.

### 4/5 — Easy to use

*2021-04-17, version 2.0.21*

This app made scheduling service easy and efficient. It to less than 5 min to schedule my appointment.

### 4/5 — All information not updated yet

*2021-04-15, version 2.0.20*

Look forward to working with dealership

### 2/5 — Unable to schedule

*2021-03-03, version 2.0.19*

I’m unable to schedule an appointment with my car dealership because the Transportation and Date field do not have any options to choose from. This prevents the user from scheduling an appointment and moving forward on the application.

### 2/5 — Crashes

*2020-09-22, version 2.0.11*

Keeps crashing... sometimes right when it opens... sometime after it’s been open for a little bit. Sometimes it crashes 2-3 times in a row when starting up, then stays open finally the 3rd time it do, but eventually crashes and closes.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Screwy apps

*2023-01-27, version 2.0.39*

So I have a Ram Truck/Jeep/Dodge Durango
You have to download all 3 version of the apps (Ram-Dodge-Jeep) now separately.
Even then when you log into them separately it will take you to the first one you downloaded and you can’t set up different accounts for each Brand.
Also when you set up/add a NEW VEHICLE in the garage it won’t recognize the VIN number.
Lastly the map feature to locate and set a preferred dealer doesn’t work!!!

### 1/5 — Useless most of the time.

*2022-01-19, version 2.0.29*

It seems to never want to activate my iPad when I’m in my car trying to work. I have no idea what the problem is that I’m supposed to have connection at all times in the car. This is not just a one off occasion this is 90% of the time it doesn’t work. I end up having to call someone again to fix it for just that moment.

### 1/5 — Does nothing after tapping recall notice

*2022-01-03, version 2.0.28*

The app says “your vehicle has 1 recall notice.” I tap on that. I get a spinny icon for a few seconds. Then it just shows me the app Home Screen again. Doesn’t actually take me to the recall notice.

Update Jan 2022: issue still hasn’t been fixed, dropping my rating to 1 star.

### 1/5 — Awful. Why are there so many apps that do the same thing and none work?

*2021-08-27, version 2.0.25*

So for some reason, you get no less than three different apps when you buy a Jeep. The only one of them that’s of any use whatsoever is Uconnect, which does not work with Wranglers - so if you go from a GC to a Wrangler, for example, say goodbye to your super convenient health check dashboard. The other apps - Mopar and Jeep, are totally redundant and both are useless. Can’t book service. Can’t update your vehicle. What exactly is the point of this??

### 1/5 — Loses data

*2021-05-05, version 2.0.22*

I spend a few hours entering maintenance records data into the system. After initialing allowing me to do so, it stopped accepting records. Then, it deleted all the data I had entered. Lame app. I called MOPAR for assistance twice. Initially, I was told that the app had “been reset” and I should be able to continue. However, when I went back in to resume entering data, it would not allow me to do so. I called back a second time, and was put on perpetual hold. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with both the app and the customer service.

### 1/5 — Can’t even schedule maintenance

*2020-12-11, version 2.0.15*

Thought this app was decent...probably because I only used it to look through the store and How-to videos. Finally tried to schedule my first maintenance and clearly there’s a bug...first, even though it’s an option you can’t actually choose “Any service advisor”. Next field for Transportation preference doesn’t even give you choices. And I can’t get Date & Time to even show up...

### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work

*2020-02-26, version 2.0.2*

I was trying to register for a uconnect user, it asked me for my email address to send me the next step instruction but after waiting all day and got no email in my inbox and my spam I was trying to do this again. I was waiting for several hours but never received an email from this mopar service. Bad job Jeep/ Chrysler. Deleting this app.

### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work!

*2020-02-24, version 2.0.2*

It worked when I first downloaded it, but now that I’m trying to use it to set up an appointment to take my truck in for service it’s not logging me in. When I click sign in, it does the little loading screen then goes right back to the sign in screen and doesn’t sign in.

### 1/5 — Can’t schedule service

*2019-12-08, version 1.9.7*

The app doesn’t remember login info and the schedule system for maintenance appears to be broken. Was able to register and load my car info from my dealer. Trying to schedule basic maintenance and the app hangs. Did get through once but the schedule confirmation showed the default date/time instead of what I chose in the app. App would get 5 stars with modern login (face) and if it actually worked.

### 1/5 — Won’t even let me register

*2018-12-04, version 1.9.0*

Terrible, completely unusable app. I have tried 3 different email addresses to try and register and I haven’t received a single email from the app in any inboxes. Without the confirmation email, I can’t even complete the application process! What a bunch of garbage! Hopefully FCA’s vehicles are better than their app, because it’s absolutely useless. Unbelievable that a big corporation has such an amateur app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Booking System works

*2022-08-25, version 2.0.34*

I will see for sure on Wednesday, but I have a high degree on confidence. I would like to see how the people doing the work like.

### 5/5 — Maintenance records made easy

*2022-08-17, version 2.0.34*

With My Mopar, all of my vehicle maintenance records are instantly accessible. Since anything done by my chosen dealership, records are automatically updated saving me having to remember to log them in or write them down.

### 5/5 — Gladiator Rubicon

*2021-12-28, version 2.0.28*

Enjoying the heck out of my new Rubicon. Never owned such a great vehicle which is so versatile. Military service driving hummers- MRAPS and other vehicles were fun; but this Jeep is ultimate fun because I own the vehicle.

Best Regards,

JW-SOLUTIONS

### 5/5 — Mopar

*2021-08-30, version 2.0.25*

The app is very easy to navigate I have used it each time I need to bring my Jeep in for service. I don’t have to tie up the phone line unnecessarily. That makes me feel good

### 5/5 — I love my Jeep!

*2021-03-29, version 2.0.20*

Got some Mopar parts from Puente Hills Jeep dealership. They are very friendly, professional and great prices. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

### 5/5 — Mopar ❤️

*2021-03-19, version 2.0.20*

I think Mopar is awesome, it is easy to navigate and easy to make appointments. It also lists the options which is nice because there are things that one wouldn’t necessarily think of checking when you drop your car off for service.

### 5/5 — Can’t select my engine type in the app!

*2021-01-30, version 2.0.18*

Can’t choose Cummins Engine for my service schedule and there is no manual on the Cummins Engine. It’s all 6.4 related. This app does me no good at this point. It was working great.

### 5/5 — Mopar App

*2021-01-23, version 2.0.17*

App is easy to figure out and I like having a maintenance schedule on my phone. Assistance with scheduling maintenance appointments through list of available dealers in my area. Dealer coupons. Between this app and Uconnect/Guardian I have complete info about my Pacifica accessible in seconds. Can only help me take better care of my ride.

### 5/5 — Great for checking the honesty of a dealership.

*2020-10-16, version 2.0.14*

I always check the service schedule to know if my dealer is trying to rip me off by recommending unnecessary services.

### 5/5 — Excellent service

*2020-07-02, version 2.0.9*

Very friendly staff, they take the time with you to explain what you need, total service Excellent
