After the update, I can’t even login to my own account/number. Error at the face recognition step.

Kom niet voorbij paspoort registratie. Paspoort onherkenbaar. Heb een aantal keren geprobeerd maar niet gelukt.

i downloaded the app on my new phone, everything’s going smooth except the part where i have to set a passcode.. i tried to put 5 digits but nothing..

It made my life so much easier! Already requested for the credit card. I would just like to suggest to add more language options, not every user speaks Dutch or English.

This app is simple, easy to use and has a beautiful interface. I just hope that mobile banking catches on faster, so that I can use this at much more places.

As promised i have placed another review
This after receiving an email from an very nice worker from the bank who gave me some useful and other tips on how i can get the facial recognition to work.
Because of this i have decided to rate the app for what it is worth A 5 star rating.
