How terrible? I can’t even get past the login page. You have to request an account setup from the website (but there is no mention of this on the login screen), there is no way to create an account yourself. Even after figuring all of that out myself, getting an activation link from the company, I still can’t login with my username and password. I’m going to have to send back the product as it is unusable without the app.

If you take the time to set the monitor up correctly it works very well, and reliably

For Bluetooth only sensors it is much more refined than tank check app with lots of better features to control sensors. They modified so you don’t have to make a login but if you buy a cellular sensor or WiFi gateway you can make a free one.  It used to be that only commercial users could use it if someone created an acct for you
