Download the MoraBanc tablet application: manage your accounts at any time and from anywhere and do all your day-to-day banking easily and conveniently. Available in Spanish, Catalan, English and French. With our app you can: • View the balances of your main financial products in a single window (accounts and cards, savings, investment, financing and insurance). • Access information about your cards through a visual and user-friendly wallet. You can also complete various transactions and cancel your cards in case of loss or theft. • Make transfers and send money to national and international banks. In addition, you can view and cancel your scheduled transfers. • Consult your direct debits and return those that are not compliant. • Consult and trade online shares and investment funds. • Access a powerful Online Broker tool, with information on the main stock markets. Customize it configuring your personal views, and select your favourite indexes and shares. • Create a list of contacts to make your wire transfers more easily. • Contact your branch or your account manager by email or by telephone directly. • Find the branch or ATM nearest to your location. WHAT’S NEW? We have worked to offer new mobile banking services that aim to make your day-to-day banking easier. Basic banking and services available in the app: ACCOUNTS • View your balance and account movements in the various currencies available. • Save your national and international transfers. • View all ordered, saved and scheduled transfers. • Buy and sell currency directly in your account. • Order currencies online and decide which MoraBanc branch you want to collect them from. • View your direct debits and return those that are not compliant. CARDS • View your credit and debit card movements. View your current credit card statement or statements from previous months. • Pay off your credit card balance before the scheduled repayment date. • Transfer the credit limit available on your card in cash to your current account. • Cancel your credit card if it is lost or stolen. • Retrieve your card PIN if you have forgotten it. • Request a duplicate card if your plastic card or chip is damaged. • Find out how much you’re saving by using your card to make purchases in stores participating in MoraBanc’s discount scheme and view the list of stores that offer discounts. INVESTMENTS • Purchase / sell securities for a specified amount. • Check your investments and securities’ transactions. • Check the securities’ orders you’ve placed. • Sell shares through stop-loss orders. • Make regular payments into investment funds. • Access our Online Broker, with information on the main stock markets.
