Had a long time with our play following rotator cuff repair and slipped disc. Resumed with short distance, tops and fat shots on driver and woods. Christina’s videos on grip and posture and ball position with woods and hybrids were very clear with good explanations as to the “whys.” I hit 75% of my balls 20-30 yards further with accuracy, a draw, and no back pain! It caught my eye because it was small, no nonsense, easy to understand and aimed at ladies. I then purchased the yellow book and was quickly making improvements to my game. Leading on to why I took up the App. Christina has a way of making everything look attainable and gives you a clearer understanding of why all the little elements of the game work when put together correctly. I am hooked! I go up every night to bed and tell my husband I'm going to check in with Christina..I even catch him looking over my shoulder! I only started learning to play golf during the first lockdown and stepped foot on the course in June for the first time and I can now competently keep up with my husband. I believe this is because as well as having professional lessons I have this App to refer to. It is so easy to forget after a lesson as once you've hit the menopause it's bye bye memory! so this is the perfect back up and assistant to learning.
