## What is MORE Wellness?

The MORE app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the MORE program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach.  

WHO CAN USE THE APP
Clients can only use the app if they are working with a MORE coach. If you are a MORE client, please contact your coach to receive your invite and login credentials to be able to use this app.

The MORE app allows access to HealthKit, allowing clients to automatically pull in their activity and steps data from Apple Health to their app.

The app is a great tool for the Rise Up coaching programs! I enjoy reviewing the daily information, the ability to check off tasks/goals and all of the wonderful resources including the workouts and recipes.
