My first time using this app, and I appreciate that it is easy to use.  I can look back on past lessons, and tag the ones I reall like.

The app is a great tool for the Rise Up coaching programs! I enjoy reviewing the daily information, the ability to check off tasks/goals and all of the wonderful resources including the workouts and recipes.
