I was able to put money in the ‘wallet’ to start my scooter and then I could not access the app again to turn my ride off or get my money due to “bad server” warning.

I was unable to end the ride so I ended up paying $20 to ride the scooter for 7 minutes. I had to pause the ride which kept it reserved for 60 minutes as I was being charged. 

There is also no way for me to remove my payment information from the app. Not very secure.

Pague 10 dólares por 1hr de servicio y solo duro 16 minutos sin embargo en Isabela pagas 12 dólares y en realidad correr 1hora 

I paid ten dolars to run the scooters for one hour and the scooter turn off when I only run sixteen minutes btw on Isabela you paid twelve dolars and you really run one hour

No lo usen. La que escogí no apago y me siguió cobrando dinero. No hay a quien llamar ni a quien reclamarle.

Esta aplicacion es una porqueria. No funciona para iphone cuando la descargas automaticamente te dice que necesita un update y no lo hace o no lo requiere. En PR no sirve en la Guancha. Ni una estrella merece. 
Tampoco tienen un telefono o chat para servicio al cliente.

I downloaded the app but when I scan the code on the scooter I got a message that scooters were not available in my area (New Orleans).  But 2 scooters were right in front of me and the map showed many more around.  I finally gave up.

I added funds, made a ride, asked for my remaining balance back on my card and got it. No major issues.  I think previous reviewer simply did not ask support to for the refund.
