I been trying to cancel my subscription because they keep charging and I’m unable to do it. I have try everything and nothing it’s working. Leider nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich. Das Konto wurde von mir gelöscht, da in deren App steht, dass damit alle Einkäufe usw. Beendet werden, Geld wird aber weiterhin abgebucht. Auf Nachrichten wird auch nicht reagiert. I emailed this company and they don’t reply. They keep telling me to cancel on ITunes but the money is being taken out of my PayPal account. Apple says they don’t have access to cancel the account. I went under my subscriptions to cancel like the instructions stated but it wasn’t there and I see they have been trying to take more. Had to call the bank and cancel my card.
