I can't believe what just happened. I had been using the free version but I had not used it for about 3 months. I was going to take pictures this weekend and decided to practice taking some pictures today (Friday). When I clicked on the app, I decided to support the app and pay for it. I feel like such a fool. Like an idiot, I paid for the app then tried to take a picture. I couldn't believe it. My screen was totally black. It did show a camera icon and the button to take the photo but nothing would happen when tapping on either one. At the bottom the was a "cancel" link, but it did not work either. The only way to get out of the black screen was to shut my iPad down completely. I tried this 3 times with no success! I just paid for this literally an hour ago. Now I can’t even take a photo it just closes out the app. I have tried repeatedly to save photos with no luck. This is my first and only filter app I use. I lost my iPhone and couldn’t remember my iCloud password and had to start over with regaining my apps. I couldn’t remember this apps name, it took me six months finding it. I had to google the well known filters and it popped up. It used to pop up in the App Store however I didn’t see it there. Once I typed it in it went right to it. Back in 2010 a lot of people wasn’t hip to using filters on their pics. Now everyone is doing it. I stay with this app because it’s very simple (unlike others) and it’s one of the first. I’ve noticed not much has changed with the app since a few years ago when they came up with the 2 edition. Although that may be a good thing because it doesn’t make your pics look fake or cartoon like. It also has a nice smoothing filter that is adjustable. I’m very sad to see that this app hasn’t been supported in years and with the latest iOS I have noticed that sometimes the app has trouble saving the newly processed photos to the Camera Roll.
