## What is MoreSteps?

Make time for a walk that has a rhythm. MoreSteps guides you through Japanese interval walking: alternate 3 minutes of brisk walking with 3 minutes at an easy pace. Follow the intervals on Apple Watch, see your heart rate as you walk, and review your results on iPhone.

A SIMPLE 3 + 3 ROUTINE
Five cycles make a 30-minute walk. Clear cues tell you when to change pace, so you can focus on your surroundings instead of watching a timer. Want to keep going? Continue the intervals beyond 30 minutes in the same session.

MADE FOR APPLE WATCH
Start, pause and finish from your wrist. Get haptic cues for pace changes and see your heart rate during your workout. Review your walk afterward on the larger iPhone screen.

WALK WITH JUST YOUR IPHONE
No Apple Watch? Start a walk on your phone. A large timer, animated walking figure and distinct wooden chimes help you follow the brisk and easy phases. Enable notifications to hear pace-change alerts when the app is in the background.

SEE YOUR WALK
Review duration, steps, distance and your recorded route. With Apple Watch, review available heart rate data too. Save workouts to Apple Health with your permission.

Available measurements depend on your device and permissions. Route recording requires location access. Live heart rate requires Apple Watch; iPhone does not measure your pulse.

CALM AND EASY TO FOLLOW
A clean, Japanese-inspired design with clear text and straightforward controls keeps your attention on your walk.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account required. No advertising or third-party analytics. MoreSteps does not send your health data or routes to our servers.

TRY ALL FEATURES FOR 14 DAYS
Your trial starts with your first walk on iPhone or Apple Watch. No subscription is required to start the trial, and it does not automatically become a paid plan.

After the trial, a purchase is required to start new walks. Your existing history remains available. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple subscription settings.

MoreSteps is a fitness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have heart or blood pressure concerns, discuss exercise with your doctor.
