There is always a thick layer of dust all over the floors and it’s all I can think about when we exercise and breathe. It’s supposed to be a clean space for wellness and health, and instead we’re inhaling dust every time. Not acceptable. Quick vacuum clean once a day would fix it and I don’t understand why it’s such a problem. It’s the same across multiple studios in London. ### 4/5 — Can’t add classes to calendar *2025-08-16, version 1.14.3* I have calendars set to ‘add events only’ and it keeps telling me I need to update my phone settings when I go to add a booking? It keeps telling me to update my settings which is set to allow events only. This makes it less convenient then before. Yes, there is button, no it doesn’t work. ### 5/5 — So slow … needs an update *2023-10-15, version 1.9.1* Please update this app, it is soooo slow. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Full access to calendar data *2025-09-29, version 1.14.3* The app requires full access to your calendar data in order to add the classes to your calendar, this means they can view your entire calendar and all of it’s contents which is an invasion of privacy and not necessary for a class booking app. There’s an option on IOS for apps to ‘add events only’ but this app still asks for full access. Will be manually adding classes for now but hope this easy fix gets updated. ### 1/5 — Oxymoron *2025-06-07, version 1.12.0* I joined More yoga for the hot yoga classes, only most of the classes have air conditioning on or they’re barely warm 👎 When it is hot yoga it’s 👍 ### 1/5 — Disappointed by management *2025-03-19, version 1.12.0* I had a positive experience with the classes at More Yoga London, but unfortunately, my interaction with the team regarding my cancellation was disappointing. Despite informing them of my intention to leave in December, I was continued to be charged £40 monthly. I had missed their response, likely due to my relocation and wedding. I found the team to be inconsiderate and unresponsive, requiring me to send multiple emails and engage in a lengthy argument still the money deducted was not refunded. This experience left a negative impression of their customer service. ### 1/5 — Scam scam *2024-10-01, version 1.12.0* I signed up for yoga, two day I needed to cancel my membership due work. First, it is a nightmare to find the form and customer service not much of help. For my understanding there is grace period of 14 days when you purchase something. Well More Yoga do not honour that. They charge me two months although I cancelled with the grace period. More Yoga explanation, was oh it two months minimum. And oh we do not have grace period. So please avoid I do not recommend ### 1/5 — The app was fine, but has become so slow *2023-10-18, version 1.9.1* App used to work pretty well, but when I re-downloaded after joining again after the break it has become frustratingly slow. Also it’s difficult (very slow) to change which venues you want to view ### 1/5 — The slowest app of the 21st century *2023-10-09, version 1.9.1* This app is so agonisingly slow. It has that circular loading sign for 10 seconds on every page that you click on. I’ve updated the app several times and this problem does not resolve, it also is not happening on any other app so it’s clearly not a problem with my phone. ### 1/5 — Currently Not Working *2023-10-02, version 1.9.0* I’ve been using the app for more than a year now and although it’s been a bit slow it worked fine. There are few days now that although my membership is active (the payment has been through as usual and confirmed by MoreYoga staff) I can not book a class for free. Instead I am asked to “choose a pass” and pay extra in order to book a class. MoreYoga staff are understanding and helpful, but I cannot manage my bookings by myself without their help which takes time and effort. PS. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but with no luck. ### 1/5 — User unfriendly. *2023-07-30, version 1.7.0* Shocking bad app. Nightmare to use. Took me 30 minutes to book my first class. The studios are always clean, the locations are incredibly convenient, and the classes offer amazing value for money. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and make every session enjoyable.
