I’ve double checked notification in settings for my iPhone and it’s turned on but still no notifications. It’s since gone down hill, dirty pool, people smoking (in a non smoking area) leaving trash and alcohol )trash only gets sporadically picked up and often times there are beer cans and condom wrappers or condoms around vehicles. My car was vandalized. Just sad to see a place go to trash. Even more sad ,that people cannot pick up after themselves. As a 6-year continuously well-standing resident, the app kicked me out months ago and says that I don’t even exist as a resident. I’ve emailed with the local management team several times, they usually tried to suggest that I remove and re-download the app, try to create a new account, or use the “forgot password” feature. Finally, after several emails, I learned that the app removing users and claiming they don’t exist is a “global app issue”. I’ve continued emailing with my local management team for resolutions but they continue to claim that an interim resolve is in the works. It’s been months, though? They can’t even pinpoint how many global users this has impacted. I can’t login to the app, so I’ve lost the following features: 1. Send images and submit maintenance requests digitally 2. Input vehicle information digitally 3. Receive notice via email or the app on important community updates or notices ### 1/5 — App never works *2023-12-15, version 5.1.40* This app never works. There is no support for the app. Leasing office sometimes sees your message right away, sometimes weeks go by. When routing to create an account that way it says account not found. You cannot create an account here. ### 1/5 — Notifications don’t work *2023-08-17, version 5.0.60* With earlier versions of the app, there were no notifications for the bulletin board but at least there were notifications for messages from the property management. After the app redesign, I don’t get any notifications at all (I’ve checked my phone settings and the app settings). The only way to know that the management has sent a message is to open the app. I’ve tried changing from push notifications to email and text notifications but nothing works. I’ve submitted a ticket from inside the app, but no response. Great location, too right on I-10 and next to Garth Rd. Like I said...love this place!
