### 1/5 — Clunky and still uses Flash

Clunky and over-complicated.

And unforgivably, still uses Flash, so doesn’t support mobile on iPhones and iPads, and is glitchy on Chrome. The current version, which is the upgraded version, was built on Flash at a time when it was obvious to all that Flash was dying.

Steve Jobs would have had a heart attack if Apple produced anything similar. 

Developers should learn to say “no” and aim for subtraction and simplicity.

I have a small investment account with Morgan Stanley which I can't access in my iPhone period. I need java to see it on mobile browser and they don't have an app for personal investors. It's ridiculous. Too bad my company switched RSUs with them from another investment company that allowed me access anytime anywhere, unlike Morgan Stanley.
