3. Get simple recommendations to help you improve over time

Mori AI shows how fast your body is aging compared to your actual age. The score updates weekly and gives you a clear picture of your long-term health.

You can scan foods, supplements, products and daily habits to see how they support or harm longevity. Each item receives a 0 to 100 score with an explanation based on your profile.

We aren’t another complicated health tracker. Mori AI is designed to make longevity simple and understandable so you can make better choices without overwhelm.
