## What is Morlen Health?

The Morlen Health app supports a variety of home-based, virtual healthcare programs offered by Morlen Health. The app remotely collects biometric data that is used by the Morlen Health care team to optimize care plans and ensure patient safety. The app also collects of other types of non-biomietric data such as responses to questionaires that helps the care team better understand how a ptient is doing. This additional information provides a richer picture of a patient that goes beyond just the number and can be vital to ensuring that the patient is receiving the best care possible. The app also helps the care team engage with patients in other ways to support patients in meeting their health care goals. Some health data may be collected directly from Apple Health
