## What is Morning First?

LOCK YOUR PHONE UNTIL YOUR MORNING ROUTINE IS DONE

Stop losing your mornings to your phone. Morning First locks your distracting apps until you finish your morning routine — no willpower needed, just structure that works.

Build the routine that fits your life, meditation, workout, journaling, breakfast, whatever your mornings need. Once it's set, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and anything else pulling your attention stays locked until you're done. Your mornings come first.

WHY MORNING FIRST?

► Real Enforcement – Not a reminder, not a gentle nudge. Your apps are actually locked until your routine is complete.

► Build Any Routine – Add the habits that matter to you and set your own times for each one.

► Track Your Progress – See your day streak, global rank, and monthly consistency at a glance.

► Feel Better All Day – A focused morning changes your whole day. Track focus and productivity from wake up to end of day.

► Unlock Rewards As You Go – Every streak milestone unlocks a new sun to collect.

WHO IS MORNING FIRST FOR?

► Chronic Scrollers – Stop the mindless morning scroll before it starts.

► Habit Builders – Build a real, lasting morning routine with visible progress.

► Focus Seekers – Start every day centered instead of reactive.

► People Who Want to Feel Better – Wake up focused, productive, and stress-free, every day.

HOW IT WORKS

Build your morning routine — add the habits you want to do every day
Choose which apps to lock — TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, or anything else
Complete your routine — check off each habit as you go
Apps unlock — you move on, focused and on track
